Are you pet-friendly?

We are pet friendly. However, we do have breed restrictions and there are fees associated with having pets.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $75.

What is the security deposit?

We require a half-month of rent which is refundable at the end of the lease plus an additional $200 which is non-refundable.

How many parking spots does each apartment have?

Each apartment has one assigned parking spot. If you require additional spots, there is a public parking lot across the street where you can rent parking spots through the Chattanooga Parking Authority.

What utilities are included in my rent?

Trash service, pest control, and building WiFi as well as regular maintenance are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water and sewer.

Do you recycle?

At this time, we do not offer recycling services. However, there are recycling centers in the area where you can deposit your recyclables.

How many apartments are there in the building?

We have 30 residential apartments.

Are there laundry facilities in the building?

We have a laundry room on each floor of the building. Each unit also has a washer/dryer hookup.

What is the process for moving in?

First, an application needs to be filled out. Next, we do a background check which includes criminal, credit, and any prior evictions. Next, we generate a lease. Finally, you pay any required fees and move in!

What is the average age of the tenants?

We have tenants in all ages and stages. We have college students, young professionals, as well as those who are retired.
